Since we recorded this podcast last week, there has been some resolution or progress with a number of our stories.

First, the massage table Mike Jones used to service Ted Haggard that had been up at auction on eBay for charity was removed by eBay just prior to its planned closing on Sunday.

Most notable are some developments on the sad saga of the hypothetical O.J. Simpson tell-all. As you listen to this segment, be aware that a judge this week ruled that the family of Ron Goldman, winners of a wrongful death civil suit against Simpson, will get any proceeds should the book be published.

One of the "casualties" of this affair, Judith Regan, made news this week. Talks between the woman who was fired as the head of HarperCollins when a firestorm of criticism erupted this December over the publication of "If I Did It," and the company have reportedly broken off. She is claiming wrongful termination and libel.

And as you'll soon read about here in greater detail, trouble is brewing in the auction drop-off store industry. We discuss it in the episode, but much more is coming to light just days after we wrapped up this podcast. Stay tuned and keep coming back!
